A little look at what the top plenum will look like, a chopper GtiR plenum with shortened pipe work should do the job :) Flanges for the adapters hopefully to be made up soon, unless anyone can recommend a good UK engineer with a water cutter!

I'd have gone that route if it was staying N/A But with sticking the turbo on / making a plenum up 90 should be grand for now :)

And here's the basic idea, turning the throttle pots through 90 degrees

The k11 would be a CGA3 where as the sunny / almeras the cast iron GA14

Bit of an update as iv not been on for a while. CAD works done to adapt the throttle bodies. Basically it's going to be a downdraft setup now. The bodies will be going off to Jenvey when cash permits. Once the bodies and trumpets are back the low boost plenum design can start as well. Struck...

There are no more car track days this year to the best of my knowledge as nobody has organised one / they have lost medical cover The ARA lease the track out to anyone that's organising, they don't run track days :(

It's an option but with the trumpets on the plenum chamber would have to be very shallow . I'm trying not to have to modify the bulkhead at the moment

Don't forget the dredded VAT too mate! Demontweeks stock TTV parts, might be worth trying some club discoubt there?

Bought mine straight from Matt H, 2.8kg. That's odd they used to be listed on the site, they have the cg10 & cg13 on the shelf, wouldn't take much to sort out a bigger clutch. Is the 200mm not the 2.0 primera jobbie?

Have you thought about the TTV racing flywheels Paul? Il be getting mine re machined for a 200mm clutch soon

In order to keep the brake servo / fit trumpets and make room for a future plenum iv decided to save modding the bulkhead and adapt the throttle bodies up about 70 to 80 deg. Enough to clear the top of the brake fluid resivour :)
