Yep all sorted with Gripper before it went in Paul :) Im very happy with the diff but no power steering an Manx Roads makes for an interesting drive!

Spax front, BSR rear. We never sorted an exchange or anything out for the rear. I was fed up with dealing with him & half hearted attempts at sorting it out. He deals with whoever suits him. I realise that's my opinion and many may think otherwise. Iv got a full BC set to go on for racing...

No worries, and welcome :) I wouldnt have been able to give a 100% answer as i swapped my PS rack out for the manual one. I have to admit the PS would come in handy some times!

Putting the new bearings in the gearbox tonight and spotted something with the diff: Gripper LSD Micra Race spec says 40/60 on the box re ramp angles but looking at the side of the diff I can see 40 on one side and 30 on the other. Am I missing something or is it possible the wrong ramps are...

Busy weekend: Gearbox has been pulled out to fit the new diff and refresh the bearings. New rear wheel bearings have arrived, so when the new suspension arrives that will all be done together with the track rod ends at the front. Rear gearbox mount has been refreshed ready for refit as well :)

As the pulsar guys use early Evo calipers with Clio discs that may be an option. But most likely very overkill!

There's a big foam filter to go on once the muppet from myhermes decides to deliver it. For the Hillclimb it will have a filter made from mesh as its only short sprints, there's about 4bhp between the two :)

Throttle bodies have been balanced up, hole saw still hasn't turned up to put the filter on so the mapping is postponed until next week. Though it gave me time to trim the trumpets down @pollyp :)
