Fitted my panhard rod yesterday.

Got myself some central locking motors off a second facelift on Monday. I look forward to fitting them haha. I was going to get a generic control box for the motors, but does anyone know if I can install an OEM central locking control box that won't interfere with NATS?

Anyone know if the front brake callipers and carriers on a K11 are steel or alloy?

Apparently on some cars, the brakes are attached to the stub axle assembly, so you might be able to convert to discs (if you really needed to) without replacing the entire rear beam.

Not that I plan on doing it, just food for thought.

Was thinking it might broaden options for wheel and brake setups, different wheel stud patterns or brakes from other cars. Might even allow a wider track on the rear wheels without spacers and extended wheel studs.

Yeah I think one of the bulbs is at an angle on the prefaces too. Have you tried a facelift holder?

If they're like other cars, then the whole stub axle comes off, so you might be able to swap them, or possibly space them out instead of using wheel spacers. Any of the suspension brains know about this?

Speaking of stub axels, is it possible to change the rear stub axels from another car, providing the bolt holes line up?

Do you have the lenses then? If so then the bulb holders you have should fit, but you'll have to move the bulb sockets around so they're in the right order.
