lights on warning beeper

Hello all

got a strange problem on my K11. When I turn off the ignition the lights on warning beeper starts, despite the lights not being on. Opening and shutting the doors has no effect. the only way to silence the beeper is to restart the engine. Can't work it out at all

try checking wiring inside steering hub cover, wires may have got warm and fused together.
